Allied Armament Israeli 1919A4, a specific variant of the Browning M1919 machine gun parts kits that were imported into the US after being surplused by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) in the late 1990s. Starting in the 1960's, Israel acquired many US manufactured 1919A4 machine guns that were leftover from WWII which they then modified and converted for use for the next three decades. In the 1990's many were brought back to the United States and sold as parts kits, where some were built by Allied Armament in semi-automatic. This semi-automatic sideplate was manufactured by Allied Armament and reads "Allied Armament, Scappoose, Or. ,1919A4, .30 Cal., Ser#131 with "AA" logo. Many components retain their Israeli and U.S. markings, the bolt & receiver are stamped "7.62" signifying that this 1919A4 was converted to 7.62x51mm NATO while under Israeli ownership. Modified components include the booster, rear sight, belt holding pawl and bracket, top cover, bolt, and barrel. USGI flash hider, Israeli issue Browning 1919A4 / A6 Stock Assembly with Clamp. Complete with a TNW M2 .50 Cal. tripod with brass Pintle & traverse and elevation mechanism. Green parkerized finish, showing minimal wear. Comes with many spare parts, bolt A6, Springs, Booster to convert to A4, latch assembly, lock frame, firing pin, pins, screws, Linker, 1000s of links and USGI manual.
